In recent times I have experienced loss and grief more often and seen many friends and family experience it too. It's hard.

  • We experience Grief through loss including loved ones, relationships or a job

  • We feel sadness, confusion, disorientation and anxiety. Our immunity goes down

  • We go through different stages of grief. The brain goes into survival mode.. The thinking centre & emotional regulator become underactive while the control / fear area becomes overactive. The Left and Right are not integrated

  • Everyone’s Grief Journey is different. We don’t sleep, eat or think well
