The Happy Life Habits book club returns in 2026 with The Atomic Habits Workbook : by James Clear
The book club is a great way to have a disciplined way of working through a book, embedding the learning by sharing with others and being inspired to apply the learning. We will initially commit to 5 sessions for the new year.

I am happy to announce that the Happy Life Habits Book Club is back for 2026 Q1.
Previously we have read Jay Shetty’s Think Like a Monk and Brian Johnson’s Arete.
This year we are using James Clear’s Atomic Habits Workbook.
An interactive guide to building good habits and breaking bad ones, based on the 25-million copy #1 New York Times bestseller Atomic Habits. (https://jamesclear.com/atomic-habits-workbook).
I’ve read Atomic Habits - it’s awesome and I have integrated many ideas from it into my personal life and into workshops/training.
Applying the Atomic Habits concept the Book Club encourages you to just read 5 pages a day.
You can do that, can't you!
With the Book Club meeting 5 times from 1st February on a fortnightly basis we should be able to cover the book by the end of March - applying positive changes to our lives.
The advantages of the book club are:
Frequency of meetings and set number of sessions for dedicated focus
Group sharing and learning with different perspectives shared
Accountability
Develop a reading habit
WhatsApp group for sharing add value material
Being part of a community committed to learning and growth
The Book Club is £50 for 5 sessions.

FAQ
A few questions have come in regarding the Happy Life Habits Book Club on Atomic Habits Workbook
Q1: Does the £50 book club membership for the 5 fortnightly sessions include the book too?
A: The membership does not include the book as people may want in different formats e.g kindle, audible, paperback etc. Plus I did not want the hassle of delivering books to attendees.
There is a great deal on Amazon where you can get the Workbook or the original Atomic Habits book for less than £9 each.
Being part of the HLH Community and the book club I get to share this deal information with you and add value.
Get the book(s) even if you are not joining the Book Club as they are a very good investment - provided you read it and apply the ideas.
Q2: It is worth me joining the book club for the workbook if I have not read the original Atomic Habits?
A: Yes it is. The workbook is designed for both those who have read Atomic Habits and those who have not. It covers the key ideas and concepts which brings those who have not read up to speed and acts as a refresher for those who have.
Q3: Why did you choose the Atomic Habits Workbook ?
A: Atomic Habits is awesome and I have gained so much from it. Often we get stuck in applying the ideas/concepts. This is what the workbook is designed for. I am using it and the concepts to implement habits to support my goals for better health, wellbeing and 10% body weight loss.
Q4: Why is the Book Club on a Sunday morning and not a weekday evening?
A: My evenings for the first few months are committed, plus during past book clubs some members have said they have felt tired at the end of the day so not able to fully engage. In the mornings my energy is better so I can serve better.
Q5: What if I can’t make all the sessions?
A: Sometimes life happens like that, unfortunately I can’t offer refunds, discounts or alternatives. The commitment is only 5 sessions during Feb and March. That way you have the rest of the year to continue applying and benefitting from the ideas/concepts.
Q6: What if I would like to only attend one or two sessions?
A: That is possible though you would not benefit from the frequency and consistency of the sessions. Individual sessions are £20 per session if not going with the £50 membership
Q7: Who is James Clear? I don’t know anything about him or Atomic Habits.
