Happy Life Habits 10 Day Gratitude Challenge


With Jan 1st 2025 being the 10th year of my daily gratitude practice,, gratitude is one of my superpowers and just the incredible benefits from regular gratitude practicing, I'm focusing and sharing more on Gratitude in 2025.

Science has shown that Gratitude boosts your happiness and wellbeing by between 10-25%. It’s a great mood shifter and helps counter the negative bias in the world.

In addition to the Gratitude workshops, 30 Gratitude & Journaling Habit Immersion Training Course, Journal Workshops and Happiness Journals offered I’ve created a free to join HLH Gratitude WhatsApp Group.

This launches with a 10 Day gratitude challenge on 1st January 2025
